Our mind is a powerful tool—and it will always believe what we tell it. Can we be honest with ourselves for a moment? Do you feed your mind with enough thoughts of gratitude? Or is it often clouded with thoughts of stress, negativity or frustration?
I have a quest for you and I this week—and it’s to saturate our days with gratitude.

Let’s become aware of the everyday things we take for granted. Let’s offer up thanks and gratitude because there is much to be grateful for!
