Enter the new year with a renewed mind

Sifting through your experiences

We are full throttle into the holiday season, and each year as December arrives I begin thinking about the year ahead—and perhaps you do too.

As we prepare to close out 2017 and we look forward to a new year, I am in the midst of sifting through the last 11 months to gather all the ‘truths’ that I’ve come upon this year—the new principals I’ve gained, my new realities, refreshed wisdom, deeper meaning, and insights that I have realized through the various experiences that I’ve had.

Many may call this idea ‘year-end reflecting’, but I’m using the term ‘sifting’ instead.

sift

Sifting, allows the necessary parts to flow into whatever you’re creating, and also allows you to discard anything that no longer serves a purpose.

If you desire more than a glance back of what took place in your personal or professional life in 2017, and want to take on board what has spoken to you this year, what has moved you forward, the ‘ah-ha!’ moments, the deeper connections with people and how each has impacted your life, join me and let’s take valuable time to sift through our year’s experiences in a two-part, year-end exercise.

Part 1:

Listen to episode 38 on the Practice of Living as we Intend:

sift

Part 2:

Download the year-end worksheet by clicking on the graphic below. (‘How to proceed’ is found within the .pdf)

siftingAs we examine the experiences that took place in our lives this year, may we each isolate the finer parts and sift out all the goodness, all the gems, and all the insight.

More than likely, these new ‘truths and discoveries’ have moved us in some way, allowed us to heal, or move forward and grow as individuals. These are the necessary parts that when taken on board, create more volume in our lives. So much so, we can then discard (filter out) the things that no longer serve us purpose.

May we each enter the new year with renewed minds, hearts and freedom to become all that we are!

Peace to you and yours!

Be you, and thrive.

Big love,

xo~Mwah!

What a great way to reflect back on the things we learned this year rather than simply making goals for the coming year. 2017 has been HUGE for me, with so many lessons learned and a major change in perspective. I got married, moved across the country, and got pregnant…all in a year!
Can’t wait to listen to the podcast!
