I’m genuinely grateful to connect with you here.
I founded Be You and Thrive (BY&T) in 2016, initially as a personal blog. A door opened and I began interviewing women from around the world who shared their stories with me and gave me permission to share them with you. These women shared their triumph through life’s challenges and difficulties. Those that read these stories resonated, and in turn were inspired toward creating movement forward in their own lives! This was the beginning that led to growing a like-minded community of women who desire growth.
As the Thrive Blog expanded, new resources also developed: The Practice of Living as we Intend podcast, downloadable exercises and various opportunties to speak to women one-on-one, as well as in conference format. The number of private conversations and developed connections, are too numerous to count.
Humbly, BY&T has impacted many lives—including my own. I am amazed what can happen when we come together! My effort with this platform is truly a message from my heart—and I believe God-given. If you’ve ever done something that effortlessly flowed—you know what I mean by God-given and I encourage you to share this work for the benefit of others.
Six years later (2022), there are numerous resources from BY&T on the blog, on social media and on the podcast—each encouraging an exploration of the deeper things in life—that will no doubt, create movement from the inside, out.
It has been a pure joy, blessing and undefinable season of creative development and I can’t thank you enough for being on this journey with me. I know there is more to come!

Life is short, it’s wonderful and also difficult. Yet, if you’re willing to do the work, there are untapped gifts within you and resources from what you have uniquely experienced, just waiting to be awakened—each allowing you to live to your unique fullest and thrive!
