Hi ladies! I’m Dannielle.
My friends call me ‘D’.
...so please, I would love for you to call me ‘D’!
I’m genuinely grateful to connect with you here.
A little about me: I’m in my late 40’s, (yes, I’m going through menopause!), have experienced a ton of life transition including; divorce, loss of people in my life, a home fire, eating disorders and health issues. I openly share a handful of the things I have been through, because it’s important to me that you know that you’re not alone with whatever you may be enduring (or have endured).
I came to a point years ago, when I realized I was carrying a ton of old stuff around—old habits, emotions, clinging onto relationships, etc. I also became aware of how these things were impacting me. They didn’t serve who I truly am and desire to be as a woman. So, I daringly took action by letting them go, forgiving, and doing the inner work! I was overwhelmed by how much movement forward this created in my life.
I now live in freedom, have a better understanding of all that I am and am not and I see daily growth in my personal and spiritual life. This growth is spilling over into my relationships, my professional life and unfolding beautiful things.
About Be you and thrive: My effort with Be You and Thrive is fully from the heart. I share a ton of resources via this platform to encourage you to explore how to create movement from the inside, that will wholeheartedly be the catalyst for forward movement in other parts of your life that you desire.
If you venture into the website and blog, you’ll find a place to sign up for emails (I send out emails in short letter form, but it’s not in copious amounts). And if you nose around a bit more, you’ll find The Practice of Living as we Intend podcast, where I share my experiences and thought-provoking questions to refine how we think, do and become. There are stories from women all around the globe to digest and also downloadable worksheets to do in your own time.
Life is short. It can also be hard. And if you’re willing, we and a ton of other women can journey through it together—and make it a beautiful life. We can discover and be reunited with all that we are and we can thrive!
Be you and thrive!
Did I mention how grateful I am that you’re here?!
