Meet Jennifer Diaz, CHWC, ACSM EP-C, ACE CPT

Certified Health and Wellness Coach & Certified Exercise Physiologist

From managing stress and overcoming self-sabotage to learning how to nourish and move their bodies with intention, I teach people how to create healthy lifestyle behaviors that resonate with their deepest values and allow them to live their best life.

My job is to guide people towards becoming the best version of themselves.
Many people are stressed out, stuck in negative patterns, and overwhelmed by conflicting health information, that it can seem impossible to get to a place where they’re truly living well and thriving. I help them break out of those patterns so they can bridge the gap between where they are and where they ultimately want to be.

Being able to teach people how to take control of their wellness, and then watch them succeed is one of the most rewarding things I’ve ever done. In order for us to really enjoy our lives and thrive, we have to make intentional decisions out of self-love and respect that support our deepest values and dreams. I love helping people identify what they want most, and then guiding them towards it.

One of the most important steps in taking control of your wellness is figuring
out who you ultimately want to become. This download guides you through a mindfulness exercise that helps you discover what your life would look like at it’s very best.

Workout training

Meet Marybeth Wells, CPT, Wellness coach

Owner/Operator of LivingWells, LLC

LivingWell one day at a time.

LivingWells began as a passion project; a way to express my love for promoting balanced nutrition, fitness, and overall wellness while having a reprieve from my daily grind of emergency medicine. At LivingWells all nutritional consulting, meal planning, and workouts/personal training is customized to each client’s specific needs with their goals in mind. We focus on not just telling you what to do and handing over workouts, but examining your relationship with food and working around difficult schedules and excuses.

I’m the definition of a busy person who could make excuses to not invest in myself; full time and part time work as a critical care and flight paramedic, teaching at a local college, finishing pre-medical studies, running a business, and training as an amateur Muay Thai fighter. If I can do it, you can all do it. Nothing gives me more joy than helping others thrive like they never knew was possible, even if it’s a matter of busting out a quick, outdoor, bodyweight workout like the one I’ve shared below.

nutrition

Meet Joanna Crawford, MS, RD, LDN

Registered Dietitian/Nutritionist at Balance In Practice

Practicing Dietitian, Practicing Balance. Helping others find hope, balance, and self-love in a world that tells you that you’re not enough.

I am a Registered Dietitian/Nutritionist and health blogger focusing on helping others create balance in a world that is messy, unforgiving, chaotic, and always pulling us in all different directions. I am on a mission to teach people that living a healthy life doesn’t have to be boring and restrictive and exercising doesn’t have to be punishment. At Balance In Practice, I strive to help people find that balance between exercise and nutrition in this crazy life, while also helping them to love themselves more in the process.

For many years I lived a life full of restrictions when it came to nutrition. I lived in a world where I thought counting and restricting calories while also over exercising was what I had to do to be “perfect.” I finally found freedom from food and learned to live a well-balanced life and now I am so passionate to help others find that healthy relationship when it comes to food and their body.
