There are so many moments within the day that I intentionally pause in order to reset my thinking, my actions, my mood, my motivation or lack there of.  I believe we need tools to continually practice being the women we intend to be and resources that will inspire us and motivate us toward positive change, when we need it the most. And my passion is to offer you more of just that!
