Reflect on 2016: downloadable worksheet

Hi beautiful friend!

Today, I have pledged to begin taking time to reflect on 2016. I hope that you will join me and intentionally spend time alone to reflect, digest and learn from your experiences in 2016!

Reflection encourages mindfulness, accountability and is a catalyst for growth!

I am a big believer in reflection (and projection!)—so much, that my resounding theme for Be You and Thrive is to emphasize the critical need for each of us to turn off autopilot and live our lives with intention. Taking time to reflect on ‘your year’ is a meaningful beginning to do just that.

I’ve developed a 2016 Reflection Worksheet with ten authentic and meaningful questions that will act as an important exercise to discover specifically how you’ve grown throughout the year. And I have faith that as we review these meaningful questions that will cause us to reflect, we will discover how much we have grown as individuals. Together, we can close out 2016 with full hearts, as we begin to create intentions for 2017.

Your ability to fully embrace all that you are—and thrive in life—matters to me!

I’m so grateful we have connected!

Big love,

xo~D
